    • WHJE charges based on the volume of space your items occupy in our truck and trailer, up to one foot for a full truckload.

    • Additional charges may apply for factors like location, mileage, heavy or bulky items, and hazardous materials, as well as any extra work requests. We also offer single-item pricing for large household items such as dirt, concrete, and rocks.

    • Final pricing is determined in person, and to secure our services, a 50% deposit of the estimated quote is required.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact price over the phone. To ensure accuracy, we require visual confirmation through pictures or an in-person assessment. Once evaluated, we will provide you with a final price.

    • We accept cash and all major credit cards for your convenience.

    • Tipping is neither expected nor required. However, we appreciate any tip offered as a token of appreciation for our valued team members.

    • On the day of service, you can expect a call, text, or email 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled service time to confirm all job details.

    • If your items are curbside and easily accessible, you do not need to be present. However, certain locations may require your presence during the removal process.

    • Yes, for the safety of our clients and staff, we offer no-contact curbside junk removal.
